Crème Brûlée 2.0
I went by The Mansion last weekend and got to taste the new desserts… We devoured them all! Chef Tesar's personality is quite evident in the clever Crème Brûlée 2.0 (here is a bar-light sneak peek). David Collier is pastry chef at The Mansion.
